WMI Judgments
During this ten year period we know of $352 million of legal judgments and settlements by Waste Management Inc. that are in addition to the environmental compliance history of WMI.
The following material are comes from two additional sources, EBIC and the Indiana Department of Environment Management (IDEM) which in 1997 declared Chemical Waste Management (now wholly owned by WMI) as failing to be of "good character" according to their state's waste management ethics law.
